shipping & returns
We offer free shipping with a purchase of $100 or more before taxes and discounts.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. We are a small business consisting of 1-2 people and strive to get your order processed and shipped as soon as we possibly can. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been turned over to the carrier (USPS or UPS). If package is marked delivered but recipient has not received it, it will generally arrive 3-4 days later. If package does not arrive after 5 days, please contact the carrier. We are not able to file a claim on our end. We do not issue refunds for packages that are lost or stolen.

Due to the nature of our personal care items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any problems with your order, contact us with your specific issue and we will do our best to make it right.
All other unused, unopened and in original condition items that are not personal care can be exchanged within 7 days. Contact us via email for details: email@example.com
